TAKKT AG provides business equipment solutions to a diverse customer base worldwide. TAKKT AG has a global reach throughout Europe and the United States, with seven divisions that allow for close relationships to the market and customers.
Runelandhs Försäljnings AB is a Swedish direct marketer for business equipment and furnishings. Founded in 1992, the company was acquired by Brady Corporation in 2012. This acquisition will strengthen TAKKT’s European presence and allows Runelandhs to grow and improve their service offerings by drawing on TAKKT’s vast experience and group synergies.
TAKKT acquired Runelandhs Försäljnings AB from Brady Corporation, which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction required sector specific analysis during the due diligence phase and close cooperation between Ebner Stolz, TAKKT AG and Brady which resulted in a swift and successful transaction.
