TAKKT AG pro­vi­des busi­ness equip­ment so­lu­ti­ons to a di­verse cu­st­omer base world­wide. TAKKT AG has a glo­bal re­ach th­roug­hout Eu­rope and the United Sta­tes, with se­ven di­vi­si­ons that al­low for close re­la­ti­ons­hips to the mar­ket and cu­st­omers.

Ru­ne­landhs Försälj­nings AB is a Swe­dish di­rect mar­ke­ter for busi­ness equip­ment and fur­nis­hings. Foun­ded in 1992, the com­pany was ac­qui­red by Brady Cor­po­ra­tion in 2012. This ac­qui­si­tion will strengt­hen TAKKT’s Eu­ro­pean pre­sence and al­lows Ru­ne­landhs to grow and im­prove their ser­vice of­fe­rings by dra­wing on TAKKT’s vast ex­pe­ri­ence and group syn­er­gies.

TAKKT ac­qui­red Ru­ne­landhs Försälj­nings AB from Brady Cor­po­ra­tion, which is lis­ted on the New York Stock Ex­change. The tran­sac­tion re­qui­red sec­tor spe­ci­fic ana­ly­sis du­ring the due di­li­gence phase and close coope­ra­tion bet­ween Eb­ner Stolz, TAKKT AG and Brady which re­sul­ted in a swift and suc­cess­ful tran­sac­tion.
