Howe­ver, even with a lot of pro­fes­sio­nal expe­ri­ence behind you, you are far from finis­hed with lear­ning. Easy access
Ebner Stolz has deve­lo­ped a spe­cial onboar­ding pro­gram to give you easy access to the world of tax advice and audi­ting. This brings all new recruits up to speed with tax and com­mer­cial issues.

Lay the foun­da­tion stone
Regard­less of whe­ther you start in tax or in audi­ting: as a career begin­ner you will receive a two-week dual track trai­ning ses­sion at Ebner Stolz to pre­pare you for the practi­cal aspects of your job. Dual track means that we intend to give you as broad an edu­ca­tion as pos­si­ble in the first years. You will learn the fun­da­men­tals of audi­ting and tax advice. The con­t­ents of our trai­ning course will enable you to com­p­le­ment your theo­reti­cal stu­dies from uni­ver­sity with important practi­cal skills. For example, after this course you are already able to pre­pare simple tax returns and address the first audit mat­ters by your­self.

Build up your know­ledge base
After you have laid the foun­da­tion for your job at Ebner Stolz, you can expect addi­tio­nal practi­cal trai­ning on audi­ting and tax advice ser­vices that we will tai­lor to your posi­tion at Ebner Stolz. We will teach you about com­plex audit pro­ce­du­res and pre­pare you for more dif­fi­cult audit mat­ters. In addi­tion, you will gain in-depth know­ledge of acco­un­ting and audi­ting selec­ted audit mat­ters. After these semi­nars and the practi­cal trai­ning you will be able to pre­pare com­plex tax returns on your own.

Spe­cia­list semi­nars run­ning over several days will make you fit for con­duc­ting audits of con­so­li­da­ted finan­cial sta­te­ments, pro­vide you with in-depth IFRS exper­tise and train you in various spe­cia­list ERP app­li­ca­ti­ons, such as SAP.

Pas­sing your pro­fes­sio­nal exams is an important step­ping stone in your career – both for you and us. We sit down toge­ther with you and our expe­ri­en­ced staff and exter­nal spe­cia­lists to iden­tify the best career path for you indi­vi­dually.
