Lay the foundation stone
Regardless of whether you start in tax or in auditing: as a career beginner you will receive a two-week dual track training session at RSM Ebner Stolz to prepare you for the practical aspects of your job. Dual track means that we intend to give you as broad an education as possible in the first years. You will learn the fundamentals of auditing and tax advice. The contents of our training course will enable you to complement your theoretical studies from university with important practical skills. For example, after this course you are already able to prepare simple tax returns and address the first audit matters by yourself.
Build up your knowledge base
After you have laid the foundation for your job at RSM Ebner Stolz, you can expect additional practical training on auditing and tax advice services that we will tailor to your position at RSM Ebner Stolz. We will teach you about complex audit procedures and prepare you for more difficult audit matters. In addition, you will gain in-depth knowledge of accounting and auditing selected audit matters. After these seminars and the practical training you will be able to prepare complex tax returns on your own.
Specialist seminars running over several days will make you fit for conducting audits of consolidated financial statements, provide you with in-depth IFRS expertise and train you in various specialist ERP applications, such as SAP.
