Mu­nich, 18^th July 2019 - The ac­coun­ting and con­sul­ting firm Eb­ner Stolz ad­vi­sed PA­RA­GON PART­NERS on the ac­qui­si­tion of Lau­ter­bach-ba­sed DUO PLAST Group from VR Equi­typart­ner and Süd Be­tei­li­gun­gen.

Frank­furt-ba­sed in­vest­ment firm VR Equi­typart­ner GmbH and co-in­ves­tor Süd Be­tei­li­gun­gen GmbH sold their ma­jo­rity sha­res in DUO PLAST Hol­ding GmbH.

Head­quar­te­red in Lau­ter­bach DUO PLAST has dif­fe­rent pro­duc­tion and dis­tri­bu­tion en­ti­ties in Thu­rin­gia, Aus­tria, France and Tur­key. The lea­ding pa­cka­ging and stretch film ma­nu­fac­turer was foun­ded in 1983.

The ac­coun­ting and con­sul­ting firm Eb­ner Stolz ad­vi­sed Mu­nich-ba­sed PA­RA­GON PART­NERS on the ac­qui­si­tion of the Ger­man DUO PLAST Group‘s to­tal share ca­pi­tal, in­clu­ding its four ope­ra­ting sub­si­dia­ries with Fi­nan­cial, Tax and Le­gal Due Di­li­gence ser­vices as well as Tax struc­tu­ring, Le­gal ne­go­tia­tion sup­port and con­tract de­sign.
