Munich, 5th September 2019 - PARAGON PARTNERS sales its majority stake in dtms GmbH to the net group Beteiligungen GmbH & Co. KG. The auditing and consulting firm Ebner Stolz has advised PARAGON PARTNERS with the preparation of a Financial Fact Book.
The dtms GmbH was founded in 1998 and employs about 60 people at its headquarters in Mainz, Germany. Over the past 20 years, the company has successfully established itself on the German market as a leading independent network provider of contact center solutions and customer intelligence technologies. The specialist in the field of customer dialogue generated a gross revenue of approximately EUR 40 million in 2018.

Ebner Stolz has advised PARAGON PARTNERS on the sale of its majority stake in dtms GmbH including its operating subsidiaries with the preparation of a Financial Fact Book.
