Ebner Stolz advises PERCONEX Holding GmbH on the acquisition of 100% of the shareholding in Flex Suisse AG

Stutt­gart, No­vem­ber 8, 2021 - The au­diting and con­sul­ting firm Eb­ner Stolz has ad­vi­sed the Frank­furt-ba­sed le­gal ser­vices com­pany PER­CONEX Hol­ding GmbH (PER­CONEX) on the ac­qui­si­tion of Flex Suisse AG (Flex Suisse). In the course of the tran­sac­tion, Eb­ner Stolz, to­ge­ther with Swiss col­lea­gues from the Ne­xia net­work, sup­por­ted the buyer PER­CONEX th­rough fi­nan­cial and tax due di­li­gence.

Foun­ded in 2019, Flex Suisse AG spe­cia­li­ses in the pla­ce­ment of pro­ject la­wy­ers. The trans­pa­rent and highly au­to­ma­ted mo­del of the Swiss ser­vice pro­vi­der ma­kes it the op­ti­mal part­ner for many me­dium-si­zed com­pa­nies. With ap­pro­xi­mately 70 pro­jects, Flex Suisse AG is the­re­fore the lar­gest pro­vi­der of al­ter­na­tive le­gal ser­vices in Swit­zer­land and Liech­ten­stein.

PER­CONEX Hol­ding GmbH, foun­ded in 2005 in Frank­furt, also fo­cu­ses on the pla­ce­ment of pro­ject la­wy­ers. Me­an­while, the com­pany is con­side­red the mar­ket lea­der in Ger­many. In ad­di­tion to me­dium-si­zed en­ter­pri­ses as well as DAX-lis­ted cor­po­ra­ti­ons, the cli­ents of PER­CONEX also in­clude law firms. The take­over of Flex Suisse crea­tes a ta­lent pool of over 3,000 la­wy­ers, as well as bran­ches in Ger­many, Swit­zer­land and Liech­ten­stein and a th­ree-di­git num­ber of on­go­ing pro­jects.
