Mu­nich, 19^th No­vem­ber 2019 – The au­diting and con­sul­ting firm Eb­ner Stolz has ad­vi­sed Pho­to­nics Sys­tems Hol­ding GmbH on the ac­qui­si­tion of the EPP Pro­duc­tion Part­ners GmbH as part of a Fi­nan­cial and Tax Due Di­li­gence as well as Tax Struc­tu­ring and SPA.

The Pho­to­nics Sys­tems group is a lea­ding firm in the field of La­ser Mi­cro­ma­chi­ning. The Group, in­clu­ding the com­pa­nies In­no­Las So­lu­ti­ons GmbH and LS La­ser Sys­tems GmbH, where Eb­ner Stolz has also ad­vi­sed Pho­to­nics Sys­tems group, de­ve­lops and pro­du­ces cu­st­omi­zed ma­chi­nes and pro­cess so­lu­ti­ons for highly pre­cise la­ser usage. The Pho­to­nics Sys­tems group supplies re­now­ned cu­st­omers in Eu­rope, Asia and the United Sta­tes and em­ploys more than 100 peo­ple at the Ger­man head­quar­ter in Krailling as well as in the United Sta­tes and Asia.

The EPP Elec­tro­nic Pro­duc­tion Part­ners GmbH is a high-tech supplier in the field of elec­tro­nics. The com­pany, head­quar­te­red in Gräfel­fing, was foun­ded in 1987 and es­ta­blis­hed a re­pu­ta­tion as a cu­st­omer-ori­en­ted, re­lia­ble and in­no­va­tive part­ner. EPP is ac­tive in sa­les of la­ser trim­ming, dry­ing ovens and op­ti­cal in­spec­tion sys­tems.

The ac­qui­si­tion strengt­hens the ac­tivi­ties of Pho­to­nics Sys­tem Group in the field of elec­tro­nics and crea­tes con­di­ti­ons for growth. The change of ow­nership is ex­pec­ted un­til the end of No­vem­ber.

As a part of the take­over of EPP, Eb­ner Stolz ad­vi­sed Pho­to­nics Sys­tems Group on a Fi­nan­cial and Tax Due Di­li­gence as well as on Tax Struc­tu­ring and SPA.
