After receiving your application, we inspect all the documents (cover letter, CV, academic certificates and job references) and will give you feedback within a few days. If your application meets the profile we will invite you to a first day consisting of three meetings at which you will meet consultants of various grades and professional focus. If the feedback from these meetings is positive, a second day of three meetings is held, including meetings with partners. You will receive the feedback from these meetings in the space of a few days.
The meetings will test your personal and professional aptitude to the real cases performed in day-to-day project work. Brain teasers, online tests or presentations are not elements of our recruiting process. We are flexible when it comes to setting dates for interviews, which can take place on any weekday.
Joining us as a consulting analyst can take place at any time during the year. If you are interested in an internship, you should send us your application roughly six months before you intend to start.
