Com­mu­ni­cate with cli­ents and assist with win­ning new ones, coor­di­nate and manage pro­jects, assume res­pon­si­bi­lity for indi­vi­dual inter­nal pro­jects (e.g. trai­ning ses­si­ons), induc­tion and mana­ge­ment of (senior) con­sul­tants

Senior Mana­ger
In close coope­ra­tion with the part­ner, assume pro­fes­sio­nal and dis­ci­p­li­nary res­pon­si­bi­lity for the mana­ge­ment and per­so­nal deve­lop­ment of emp­loyees, serve cli­ents inde­pen­dently and fully and win fol­low-up busi­ness, sup­port the part­ner at deve­lo­ping Ebner Stolz, assume inter­nal stra­te­gic tasks

Direc­tor
Assume pro­fes­sio­nal and dis­ci­p­li­nary res­pon­si­bi­lity for the mana­ge­ment and per­so­nal deve­lop­ment of emp­loyees and acti­vely advise cli­ents, win fol­low-up and new busi­ness, set up your own net­work, deve­lop fields of busi­ness and take res­pon­si­bi­lity for inter­nal stra­te­gic tasks

Part­ner

Rep­re­sent the firm and be the point of first con­tact for cli­ents, assume the ulti­mate res­pon­si­bi­lity for trai­ning and mana­ging staff, win new busi­ness, groom and expand your inter­nal and exter­nal net­work, per­ceive mar­ket trends and iden­tify busi­ness oppor­tuni­ties, ensure the qua­lity assurance of pro­jects
