Stutt­gart, Ger­many, Ja­nu­ary 11, 2023 - The au­diting and con­sul­ting firm Eb­ner Stolz as­sis­ted Easy­fairs GmbH (Easy­fairs) in the ac­qui­si­tion of KU­TENO Kunst­stoff­tech­nik Nord (KU­TENO) with a fi­nan­cial and tax due di­li­gence as well as with selec­ted ques­ti­ons re­gar­ding the com­pany purchase agree­ment.

Easy­fairs, ba­sed in Bie­le­feld (Ger­many) is part of the Easy­fairs Group of com­pa­nies. The com­pany, with over 700 em­ployees in Eu­rope, or­ga­ni­zes more than 200 events in 14 coun­tries and ope­ra­tes eight of its own ex­hi­bi­tion cen­ters in Bel­gium, the Nether­lands and Swe­den. As a trade and working fair in nort­hern Ger­many, KU­TENO is an es­ta­blis­hed plat­form for pro­fes­sio­nal ex­pert dia­log for the ent­ire in­dus­try.

The ac­qui­si­tion of KU­TENO strengt­hens Easy­fairs' port­fo­lio of in­dus­trial trade fairs and un­ders­cores the Group's growth tra­jec­tory and the suc­cess­ful ex­pan­sion of its busi­ness in the DACH re­gion.

Eb­ner Stolz sup­por­ted the ac­qui­si­tion with a fi­nan­cial and tax due di­li­gence as well as com­pre­hen­sive SPA con­sul­ting.
