Lifelong learning is in our DNA
In the first years of your career Ebner Stolz will provide you extensive theoretical training and practical experience in your daily work. This will give you valuable experience in your team and on location at our clients. Experienced colleagues will give you intensive and personal feedback to ensure you keep improving. However, even with a lot of professional experience behind you, you are far from finished with learning. We expect that your knowledge will keep being refreshed and extended over your entire career.
Ebner Stolz has developed a special onboarding program to give you easy access to the world of tax advice and auditing. This brings all new recruits up to speed with tax and commercial issues.

Regardless of whether you start in tax or in auditing: as a career beginner you will receive a two-week dual track training session at Ebner Stolz to prepare you for the practical aspects of your job. Dual track means that we intend to give you as broad an education as possible in the first years. You will learn the fundamentals of auditing and tax advice. For example, after this course you are already able to prepare simple tax returns and address the first audit matters by yourself.
