The financial results for 2013 underline the success of Nexia International. The total revenue, at US$2.9bn, ascended 3% from 2012. These results reflect the network’s continued success in implementing its strategy of recruiting high-quality member firms from around the world.
According to the latest International Accounting Bulletin (IAB) World Survey, the network remains among the top 10 major global accounting networks, as measured by fee income. In Europe, Nexia overtook Baker Tilly for 7th place in the rankings.
Throughout 2013, Nexia International continued to extend its global presence by welcoming new member firms in Mongolia, Bangladesh, Egypt, Poland, Bulgaria, Uganda, the Bahamas and Saudi Arabia.
In 2013 the international network saw its largest share of fee income, (US$1.41bn) from North America. This was followed by Europe (US$1.16bn).
