Stutt­gart, 10^th De­cem­ber 2019 - The au­diting and con­sul­ting firm Eb­ner Stolz ad­vi­sed Ze­bralu­tion GmbH on its sale of the ma­jo­rity share­hol­ding to GEMA.

Ze­bralu­tion GmbH is a ser­vice pro­vi­der in the field of di­gi­tal mu­sic dis­tri­bu­tion. Ze­bralu­tion is also ac­tive in the mar­ke­ting of other au­dio con­tent. The sub­si­di­ary ze­bra-au­dio.net was foun­ded for this pur­pose and spe­cia­li­ses in the dis­tri­bu­tion and sale of pod­casts.

With its par­ti­ci­pa­tion in Ze­bralu­tion, GEMA is one of the first mar­ke­ting com­pa­nies world­wide to se­cure eco­no­mic par­ti­ci­pa­tion in a growth seg­ment of the mu­sic mar­ket. Th­rough GEMA and Ze­bralu­tion, mu­si­ci­ans will be able to publish their mu­sic at nu­me­rous di­gi­tal mu­sic pro­vi­ders. With the mer­ger, GEMA is ex­pan­ding its ser­vice port­fo­lio and fur­ther de­ve­lo­ping its di­gi­tal ser­vices and tech­no­lo­gies. Ze­bralu­tion will ope­rate as an in­de­pen­dent com­pany un­der the um­brella of GEMA.
