Stutt­gart, 9th De­cem­ber 2019 - The au­diting and con­sul­ting firm Eb­ner Stolz ad­vi­sed the EXEL In­dus­tries Group on its ac­qui­si­tion of 100% of in­te­rest in Ei­sen­mann in­tec GmbH & Co. KG.

Ei­sen­mann in­tec GmbH & Co. KG is a ma­jor ma­nu­fac­turer of bon­ding equip­ment spe­ci­fic to the au­to­mo­tive in­dus­try. As pro­fi­ta­ble com­pany, Ei­sen­mann in­tec's sa­les in 2019 will re­ach al­most EUR 40 mil­lion. Ei­sen­mann in­tec en­ga­ges ap­pro­xi­mately 120 em­ployees, 16 of whom are out­side Ger­many, to sup­port its ex­port cu­st­omers.

Ei­sen­mann in­tec GmbH & Co. KG shall be ac­qui­red by Sa­mes Krem­lin, an EXEL In­dus­tries Group sub­si­di­ary, spe­cia­li­zed in ap­pli­ca­ti­ons of paints and high-vis­co­sity pro­ducts. Ei­sen­mann in­tec’s site at Erft­stadt, near Co­lo­gne, will be re­tai­ned with all the staff in Ger­many and ab­road. With this stra­te­gic ac­qui­si­tion, EXEL In­dus­tries Group is streng­the­ning its pre­sence, es­pe­cially with Ger­man au­to­mo­bile ma­nu­fac­turers. On ba­sis of the highly com­ple­men­tary pro­duct ran­ges and cu­st­omers, EXEL In­dus­tries Group in­tends to de­ve­lop its ac­tivi­ties in the area of high-vis­co­sity pro­ducts in the au­to­mo­tive and in­dus­trial sec­tor.

Eb­ner Stolz ad­vi­sed the EXEL In­dus­tries Group in the ac­qui­si­tion by pro­vi­ding Fi­nan­cial and Tax Due Di­li­gence ser­vices as well as sup­port on tran­sac­tion struc­tu­ring. This sup­port also in­clu­ded ad­vice in re­spect of the tax as­pects of the purchase agree­ment.
