Mu­nich, 4^th No­vem­ber 2019 - The share­hol­ders of xe­vIT GmbH sell 100 per­cent of their sha­res to Con­scia. Eb­ner Stolz sup­por­ted xe­vIT GmbH with the pre­pa­ra­tion of a Fi­nan­cial and Tax Fact Book as well as with Tax Struc­tu­ring and SPA Sup­port ser­vices.

As a lea­ding Eu­ro­pean pro­vi­der of se­cu­rity and IT in­fra­struc­ture so­lu­ti­ons, Con­scia ac­qui­res 100 per­cent of the sha­res in xe­vIT GmbH in­clu­ding its ope­ra­ting sub­si­dia­ries.

xe­vIT was foun­ded in 2001 and em­ploys about 110 peo­ple at its head­quar­ter in Ett­lin­gen, Ger­many. The com­pany pro­vi­des net­work, com­mu­ni­ca­tion and se­cu­rity so­lu­ti­ons for the pu­blic, fi­nance, health­care and SME mar­ket and sup­ports its cu­st­omers along their di­gi­tal trans­for­ma­tion path. xe­vIT ge­ne­ra­ted a gross re­ve­nue of ap­prox. 43 mil­lion eu­ros in 2018.

Eb­ner Stolz has ad­vi­sed xe­vIT on the sale of all of its sha­res in­clu­ding its ope­ra­ting sub­si­dia­ries with the pre­pa­ra­tion of a Fi­nan­cial and Tax Fact Book as well as con­sul­ting ser­vices in Tax Struc­tu­ring and SPA Sup­port.
