Munich, 22nd February 2018 - The Accounting- and Consulting firm Ebner Stolz advised Eli Global, headquartered in Durham (USA) with an office in Munich, on the acquisition of Finanzen Group. Ebner Stolz provided Eli Global with financial and tax due diligence support as well as SPA and tax structuring advice.
