Mu­nich, 22nd Fe­bru­ary 2018 - The Ac­coun­ting- and Con­sul­ting firm Eb­ner Stolz ad­vi­sed Eli Glo­bal, head­quar­te­red in Dur­ham (USA) with an of­fice in Mu­nich, on the ac­qui­si­tion of Fi­nan­zen Group. Eb­ner Stolz pro­vi­ded Eli Glo­bal with fi­nan­cial and tax due di­li­gence sup­port as well as SPA and tax struc­tu­ring ad­vice.

Head­quar­te­red in Dur­ham, North Ca­ro­lina in the USA, Eli Glo­bal is wholly ow­ned by its foun­der and em­ployees. For­med in 1991 and ope­ra­ting for over 25 years, Eli is a fe­dera­tion of in­de­pen­dent port­fo­lios com­pri­sing over 100 busi­nes­ses that to­ge­ther em­ploy more than 7,500 bright minds and de­ter­mi­ned en­tre­pre­neurs.
